Abstract
This capstone project assessed a virtual exercise program for people with spinal cord injury using the SCI-QOL. Pre- and post-program scores showed improvements in depression, stigma, satisfaction with social roles, and pain. Pain and depression showed statistically significant change, suggesting virtual exercise may help improve quality of life in this population.
