Abstract
Research Question, Aim, and Purpose:
Question: Does Surf therapy help improve positive mental health outcomes in veterans and children who have experienced trauma?
Aim: To examine the relationship between surf therapy and Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) symptoms in veterans, active-duty service members, and foster children at COSTA who have experienced trauma.
Purpose: To determine the impact surf therapy at COSTA has on mental health in veterans and foster children who have experienced PTSD
