Course: BPA3710 Modern Cake & Floral Design

Project: BPA Practical: Students will design and produce wedding cakes after creating a design board complete with color themes and unique details. Students will also present a bridal shower cake in the form of a couture purse during the exhibit. All elements on the purse are reflected in the design board and on the wedding cake.
