Abstract
CareLink’s outpatient program has been growing significantly over the last few years, with an increase in staff and contracts with customers. Due to this expansion, they could benefit from determining ways of enhancing and continuing to grow their program. The programs have expanded so quickly, and there is an opportunity to focus on surveying the current outpatient rehabilitation staff and customers in regards to satisfaction.
Question: How effective is CareLink at meeting the needs of their outpatient staff and customers?
Purpose: To enhance growth in CareLink’s outpatient rehabilitation program and develop strategic solutions based upon staff and customer survey responses
