Abstract
In Hospitality 3053 we were instructed to choose a business within our industries and create an integrated marketing plan for that business. I selected Shaw's Crab House because of my personal experience and love for this amazing restaurant. The integrated marketing plan was created based on a SWOT analysis of opportunities and threats present for Shaw's Crab House. The plan and presentation show how to increase the marketing reach of a restaurant to grow and promote the business. This presentation illustrates examples of website pop-ups, social media ads, and other ways to use marketing within the food and beverage industry.
