The Importance of Ethics Being Taught Prior to Graduation
Abstract
This paper presents the importance of learning ethics prior to graduation. By making it a mandatory part of your degree, it will prepare you for the challenges you will face in the everyday lives as part of the hospitality industry. The course will serve as a moral compass that otherwise would not exist if you do not take the course. Making the course mandatory will ensure that no student goes out into the industry without this knowledge.
