Carla White Ellis is an associate professor in the English Department at Johnson & Wales, but when she's not in the classroom, much of her time is dedicated to her work as the board chair of local non-profit SunRise Forever. Every Saturday for the past year, she and other SunRise Forever members have been handing out fresh and local fish and produce for free to families who may need it.
