From Ghana to the UK to here at Johnson & Wales, one thing has always been at the top of Isaac Damoah's list of priorities: mentorship. In each of his roles in education, Associate Professor Damoah has made it a point to help guide the students he's teaching to lean into their dreams and become prepared professionals in their industries. As a judge at the 2025 JWU Sharkfest, he was able to build upon that mentorship to help students walk away with cash prizes to launch their business ideas.
