With years of experience in industry and teaching, Associate Professor Brian Warrener has a complex goal: to make Johnson & Wales University known as the one-stop-shop comprehensive and innovative beverage education hub. As the director of the Center for Beverage Education & Innovation, he's helping students learn the ins and outs of mixology, considering angles of business and wellness, all while assisting them in landing a job that will kickstart their career.
