Traveling the world in the tourism industry and as a leader with JWU students hasn't made Kathy Drohan forget one of her core missions - being part of a greater effort to give back to the community we live in. Through several initiatives, Associate Professor Drohan encourages her College of Hospitality students to get engrained in the fabric of the events that bring life to Providence, from PVD Fest, to the weekly Providence Flea, to countless road races - giving them the opportunity to connect with their community while simultaneously learning the ropes in a hands-on way.
