Before he was JWU's Director of Catering & Commissary, Carlo Monti '14 was part of the first Wildcat cohort to have classes in the Cuisinart Center for Culinary Excellence on the Providence Campus studying Food Service Management. Now, he's happy to be back in a staff role, adding flair to our food service at events and chasing even more dreams.
