Abstract
Neurodivergent (ND) adolescents tend to struggle with participating in physical activity (PA) compared to their neurotypical (NT) peers. Current programs available that focus on PA are competitive and can add anxiety to an already difficult adjustment. This scoping review investigates the effect of participation in PA on behaviors and well-being connected to ND conditions.
