Abstract
This paper will be a working study on the topic of the Sharing Economy and its impact on the hospitality industry. The paper will include references from previously completed research on the topic. A literature review is provided compiled of peer reviewed sources outlining the current state of the Sharing Economy and its impact on the hospitality industry. A comparison and analysis of the information provided in the literature review will be provided, followed by limitations and implications for future research.
