This presentation focuses on the Interdisciplinary Studies Capstone Student Project, which is designed to support the College of Food Innovation and Technology (CFIT) with its overall brand positioning and social media strategy. For the College of Food Innovation and Technology to keep its brand and position in the market, it needs to pay special attention to the processes of making and managing weekly content for social media platforms.
