Foundational motor development supports participation, early learning, and school readiness. Many early childhood classroom lack opportunities for structured movement. Dance and movement interventions offer a creative and engaging universal approach to strengthening foundational motor abilities in pre-school aged children. By targeting key motor components, creative movement experiences can enhance developmental foundations that support successful learning, and continued growth.
