This unique collection of menus was graciously donated on behalf of Raymond Earl Oetgen of Capistrano Beach, California. The menus reflect his travels in the 1970s. One menu in particular, from El Adobe de Capistrano restaurant in San Juan Capistrano, California, is from a dinner dance honoring the White House Staff of President & Mrs. Richard M. Nixon on Tuesday, August 31, 1971. Please enjoy this unique and special collection.
